Is PM Modi a Non-Vegetarian ?

Narendra Damodar Das Modi is the current Prime Minister of India. This is his third term. You will be surprised to know that Prime Minister Modi is a completely pure vegetarian. A balanced vegetarian diet has a big contribution to his staying healthy. Apart from this, he practices yoga daily, works hard, exercises, and follows a regular routine. Generally, people wonder how PM Modi, who is constantly on the go, manages to stay fresh. The answer to this question also lies in his balanced diet. Many people question, Is PM Modi a Non-Vegetarian ? but his dietary habits clearly indicate otherwise.

PM Narendra Modi observes a nine-day fast on the occasion of Navratri. He follows his diet chart during this period, eating only some fruits, water, and lemonade or coconut juice. This diet chart of his during Navratri has been continuing for the last many years. Prime Minister Modi adhered to the same diet chart during his 2014 visit to the United States. Everyone in America was surprised to see this. PM Modi is the pinnacle of hard work, and this has been possible because he takes complete care of his diet. He has disproved the notion that pure vegetarianism cannot lead to health.

His diet chart includes the following: 

Himachali Mushroom—Prime Minister likes Himachali Mushroom, also known as Morel Mushroom. It is known to detoxify the liver, increase immunity, and prevent heart diseases.

Drumstick paratha (Sehjan ke Paranthe)—During the Fit India Movement, Prime Minister Modi had said that he consumes drumstick paratha once or twice a week. Ayurvedic medicine uses drumstick to treat 300 diseases. It cures liver-related diseases.

Gujarati-style Khichdi: PM Modi, a fitness enthusiast, enjoys Khichdi prepared in the Gujarati style, also known as Baghareli Khichdi. A lot of spices are used in making this khichdi, but the prime minister likes to eat khichdi with fewer spices. To make it, rice is used; mung pulse, turmeric, and salt are used.

Curd- PM Modi takes curd every day. Curd contains nutrients such as calcium, vitamin B, vitamin B-2, magnesium, and potassium.
